Kevin M. Duguay founder and President of KMD Planning Inc. (since 2005) was elected to Peterborough City Council in November 2022. He serves as one of two Ward Councillors in the Otonabee Ward and is an appointed member or representative on several boards and committees including:

     •  Mayor’s Housing Task Force, Vice Chair;

     •  Transit Liaison Committee, Member; and
