Kevin M. Duguay was the Land Use Planner for the City of Peterborough 1989 to 2005, and was directly responsible for over 450 land use approval applications - approvals, as well as many community-wide planning initiatives.

Kevin M. Duguay served as a Parks and Recreation Director for three Ontario communities. He brings this practical work experience plus other recent experience to recreation and leisure facility planning, design and studies.

Kevin also brings his 20 plus years of "Accessibility Planning" experience to such projects, which is particularly relevant given current Provincial accessibility legislation.
